Working with rTech

Common questions

  • What does the AI Assessment provide?A concrete recommendation your team can use even if the work stops there.
  • What does the privacy and IT engagement preflight document? Before work begins, the client and rTech document the operating conditions for the specific engagement.
  • What does AI Concierge provide?A scoped, done-with-you relationship anchored to named workflows and visible control points.
  • Who may release output? The person named as human release authority may approve, send, publish, or otherwise release output.
  • What does it cost? The AI Assessment is $2,000 flat. Everything else is scoped per engagement by the number of workflows, systems, and control points involved.

AI Assessment

Questions about the AI Assessment

  • What does the AI Assessment cost? The AI Assessment is $2,000 flat for one recurring workflow. The first 15-minute conversation is free and separate from it.
  • Is this a sales call? No. The assessment is substantive work, not a disguised sales call or a promise that AI belongs in the workflow. A stop decision is a valid outcome.
  • Do you need access to our systems? Before work begins, the client and rTech document the operating conditions for the engagement: data classification, approved tools and accounts, data travel, the access owner, retention and deletion, human release authority, and escalation contacts.
  • Does this replace anyone on our team? No. Taking the mundane parts off a plate gives someone back the job they were hired for. The decisions do not move.
  • What happens after the assessment?Nothing has to. The written map and recommendation are yours. If ongoing work is worth tending, AI Concierge is the recurring next step; a defined build runs as survey, prove, install, tend.

AI Concierge

Questions about AI Concierge

  • What does AI Concierge cost?It is scoped per engagement by the number of workflows, systems, and control points involved. Cadence, channel, response expectations, and capacity are agreed for the actual relationship rather than promised generically on the website.
  • Do we need an AI Assessment first?Concierge starts when an assessment identifies ongoing work worth tending. The AI Assessment is $2,000 flat for one recurring workflow, and the first 15-minute conversation is free.
  • Does rTech run our AI for us?No. The concierge is designed for capability transfer: your team works alongside rTech, sees how the system is assembled, and keeps the files and operating record. rTech never hosts your AI and never holds your keys or billing.
  • Is this a replacement for staff? No. The point is the same throughout: getting your people time back from the monotonous parts of the job. Your people keep the judgment calls.
  • What happens between working sessions?Focused questions and friction go through the engagement's agreed channel and scope, and a private, plain-language log records what changed, what remains open, and what the team now owns.

Workflow implementation

Questions about workflow implementation

  • What does a workflow implementation project cost? There is no list price. A project is scoped and quoted per engagement by the number of workflows, systems, and control points involved, after the AI Assessment has mapped the work.
  • Do we have to start with the assessment? The assessment is the starting point and is secondary work made concrete by it. A project is scoped only when the problem and the ownership boundary are clear enough for a discrete piece of work.
  • Can the project stop partway?Yes. A project can stop after any useful stage. The files, decisions, and operating map remain yours.
  • What do we keep at the end?The working system, ordinary source files where applicable, an operating manual, and a hand-off session. Your accounts stay yours: rTech does not hold your API keys and does not take over your billing.
  • Who keeps the judgment calls?Your people do. rTech implements workflow and technology; your business decides what goes out, what it commits to, and whether any output is fit for use. Taking the mundane parts off a plate gives someone back the job they were hired for.
  • What happens after the hand-off?The tend stage inspects actual use, edge cases, and tool changes without quietly expanding the workflow's authority, and ends in a decision on what to keep, modify, or retire. Ongoing tending can continue as AI Concierge.
