These terms govern access to and use of rtech-consulting.com, operated by rTech Digital Consulting LLC.
1. General information only
The site explains workflow concepts, services, kits, and examples at a general level. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, security, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
2. No client relationship from site use
Viewing the site, using a form, or sending an inquiry does not by itself create a consulting or client relationship. Any service engagement requires a separate written agreement accepted by the parties.
3. Human review remains required
Articles and workflow descriptions discuss preparation, drafting, organization, and review patterns. They do not authorize automated professional judgment, external communication, filing, payment, or other consequential action. A responsible person must review and approve work before use.
4. Site availability and accuracy
The site is provided on an as-available basis. rTech works to keep the material accurate and useful but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, error-free, or uninterrupted.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, design, graphics, rTech name, crest, cannon mark, and related materials belong to rTech Digital Consulting LLC or are used with permission. You may link to and quote brief portions for lawful reference with attribution. Commercial copying or reuse requires written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation or security, introduce harmful code, scrape protected information, or misrepresent an affiliation with rTech.

Links to third-party resources are provided for convenience. rTech does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Separate agreements control services
Consulting, implementation, kit, prototype, and support work is governed by the applicable written agreement. If site content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
