Turn a mapped workflow into a bounded system with named inputs, review points, and a clear hand-off.

Long Island · operator-led AI implementation
An AI Assessment turns one recurring workflow into a practical map: what enters, who decides, where AI can help, and the next useful step your team can own.

Who we are
rTech Digital Consulting LLC is a Long Island digital consulting firm for small and midsize businesses across Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the rest of the Island. Our digital consulting services put practical AI to work inside the workflows a business already runs. Most engagements start with an AI Assessment: we sit with one recurring workflow, map what enters it, who decides, where the sensitive material lives, and which mundane parts AI can carry, then hand back a written map and one practical next step your team can own. The people already doing the work stay in charge of it and get more of it done.
The first engagement
Bring one workflow that is slow, opaque, or hard to hand off. We look at its inputs, decisions, exceptions, review points, and the ownership boundary around any AI assistance.
Name the source material, people, tools, and points where the work changes hands.
Make approval, exceptions, sensitive inputs, and release authority explicit before a tool takes on a role.
Leave with a practical next step: a focused build, a controlled pilot, an AI Marketing Panel evaluation, or a kit adapted to the workflow.
Operator-led
rTech Digital Consulting LLC is an operator-led implementation practice based on Long Island, New York. We build working systems around the way a business already runs, rather than selling a platform and leaving the fitting to you. The measure of a good engagement is that the person who owns the work can read it, operate it, and explain it after we leave.
Our aim is to take the repetitive part off a team's plate so the same people can do more of the work they were actually hired for. Read more about rTech Digital Consulting and how we work.
The recurring relationship
When a workflow needs steady attention rather than a one-time hand-off, AI Concierge provides an ongoing operating relationship: questions surfaced, changes assessed, materials kept usable, and decisions kept with your team.
Explore AI ConciergeFocused work when it earns the scope
Turn a mapped workflow into a bounded system with named inputs, review points, and a clear hand-off.
Use a structured review to compare options, surface assumptions, and decide whether a change is worth making.
Use an existing kit as a secondary starting point, then adapt it around the actual work and its controls.
Eleven reusable starting points
These are not a substitute for the assessment. They are practical starting architectures for recurring work once the sources, responsibilities, and review rules are understood.

Test a message against a researched customer panel before you spend on it, and keep the dissent instead of averaging it away.
What clients say
“rTech built our entire trading platform with AI — data, analysis, execution, reconciliation. When pre-launch review turned up 192 findings, their agents cleared every one overnight. This is what AI looks like when someone knows what they are doing.”
“BulkBridge exists as a product because of rTech. The idea was ours; the platform is their build — and I never wonder whether something is handled.”
