rTech Digital Consulting is a Long Island implementation practice for businesses that need AI to fit actual responsibilities, sensitive information, and existing operations.

AI should enter through a well-marked door.

Most small and midsize businesses do not need a broad transformation program. They need someone to sit with the actual work, identify the stable pieces, isolate the sensitive pieces, and build a useful lane people can understand, so the people doing the work get their time back from the monotonous parts.

We serve small and midsize Long Island businesses across industries. The practice is industry-agnostic: the discipline of workflow control applies wherever people carry recurring work, and the goal is always to make your existing team more capable, never to replace them.

That is why we begin with workflow control rather than a software pitch. The result is designed to survive vendor changes: documented inputs, clear review points, portable files, named owners, and an explicit exit path. That is the whole of what rTech Digital Consulting does, and every engagement path we offer starts from the same assessment.

03 Who runs the practice

Rico Rojas, founder and operator.

Rico Rojas founded rTech Digital Consulting and works as its technical operator. He has worked with computers for 32 years, about 20 of them in software engineering. He maps how the work actually runs, simplifies what can be simplified, and only then installs or builds a capability.

He works from Melville and serves businesses across Nassau and Suffolk. The point is that your own people keep the judgment and get the repetitive part of the day back. What he builds is something the team responsible for it can inspect and own, with the boundaries stated plainly rather than implied.
