Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

rTech Digital Consulting LLC is a New York limited liability company providing workflow and technology consulting services.

2. Information you send us

When you submit the contact form or the workflow-brief form, two things happen. Your email application opens an editable draft that you can review, edit, or discard, and a copy of what you filled in is also sent to rTech and kept in our own records, so we can follow up with you quickly.

That copy is what you entered: your name, email address, business name, the answers you picked, anything you wrote in your own words, and the page you sent it from. The kit download forms send the email address you enter to rTech so we can issue your download link and keep a record of which copy went where.

Please do not include confidential client, employee, financial, health, credential, or account information in an initial inquiry.

3. Website operation and analytics

The site measures visits and a few actions with Google Analytics, a Google service, to understand what brings people here and which pages do the work: the page viewed, a click on our phone number or email address, a form submission, and the start of a chat. Those measurements carry the page and the kind of action only. No name, email address, phone number, form answer, or chat text is sent to Google.

The pages carry no advertising trackers and no ad-network pixels, Google Analytics is the only outside service they load, and rTech does not sell or rent your information.

Most pages also run a recording tool that rTech hosts itself, which records how a page is used, including pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Anything you type into a form field is masked and is not captured by it. Those recordings stay on rTech-operated infrastructure and are kept only as long as reasonably needed to review site usage. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the recording does not run.

The site offers a chat assistant. The questions you type, any file you attach, and the replies you get are sent to rTech and recorded, so we can answer you, follow up, and improve the assistant. If you give the assistant your name and email address, it puts them into the same records the forms use. Chat conversations are not used to train AI models, and chat records are kept as described in Section 5. Do not paste confidential client, employee, financial, health, credential, or account information into the chat.

Separately, the infrastructure used to deliver a website may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and time of access. Hosting and network providers may handle that information under their own terms.

4. How inquiry information is used

What you send through a form, the chat assistant, or an email may be used to answer you quickly, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain business records, protect systems, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. rTech does not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

Form submissions, chat records, email, and engagement records are kept only as reasonably needed for business, legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email admin@rtech-consulting.com and say which one you want. Tell us the name, email address, or business you used, so we can find the right records.

6. Third-party services and links

Opening a prepared message uses your own email application and provider. Google Analytics is described in Section 3, and the booking section on the contact page loads a Google Calendar appointment page. The site also links to third-party resources. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.

7. Changes

This notice may be updated when the site or its operating practices change. The last-updated date will be revised when that happens.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and check the text-message box on a form, we use that number only to reply to you, to confirm and remind you about appointments, and to follow up on your request.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@rtech-consulting.com. Program details are in our Terms.
