1. Who we are

rTech Digital Consulting LLC is a New York limited liability company providing workflow and technology consulting services.

2. Information you choose to send

The contact and workflow-brief forms on this site do not submit information to a website database. They prepare an editable message in your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.

If you send an email, it may include the contact details and message content you provide. Do not include confidential client, matter, employee, financial, health, credential, or account information in an initial inquiry.

3. Website operation and analytics

This site does not include advertising trackers and does not send visitor information to third-party analytics services. The site may use a first-party, self-hosted analytics tool operated by rTech that records how pages are used, including pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, to understand and improve the site. Anything you type into a form field is masked and is not captured. This recording stays on rTech-operated infrastructure, is not sold or shared, and is retained only as long as reasonably needed to review site usage. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, recording is disabled.

Separately, the infrastructure used to deliver a website may process ordinary technical request information, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and time of access. Hosting and network providers may handle that information under their own terms.

The site may offer a chat assistant. Chat conversations, including the questions you type, are logged on rTech-operated infrastructure to answer your question and to review and improve the assistant. Chat conversations are not used to train AI models. Do not paste confidential client, matter, employee, financial, health, credential, or account information into the chat. Chat records are retained under the same practices described in Section 5.

4. How inquiry information is used

Information you send by email may be used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain business records, protect systems, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. rTech does not sell personal information.

5. Retention and security

Email and engagement records are retained only as reasonably needed for business, legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no email, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Third-party services and links

Opening a prepared message uses your own email application and provider. The site may also link to third-party resources. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.

7. Changes

This notice may be updated when the site or its operating practices change. The last-updated date will be revised when that happens.
