What to bring
- Your laptop or work device, signed in to the tools you use
- A task that takes your team hours every week and feels like it shouldn't
- Tools that don't talk to each other: the CRM, a spreadsheet, the inbox, a scheduling app
- An AI tool someone on your team already uses, and whether it's safe and worth it
- A “should we buy this?” question, before you sign
- Where to start, if you know something should change but not what

Questions
Who can come?
Nooks & Social members. Office Hours are members only: everyone at the table is a member, so a colleague who wants to come needs their own membership.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It's free.
When is it?
The first and third Monday of each month, noon to 1:30 pm Eastern. Upcoming dates are listed in the sign-up below.
Where is it?
The back room at Published, 47 Green Street, Huntington. Open the map ↗
Where do I park?
Street parking on Green Street and Main Street, and the Huntington village municipal lots a short walk away.
What should I bring?
Bring the device the work lives on, usually your laptop, signed in to the tools you want help with. Rico can only help with what he can see, so the real spreadsheet, inbox or AI tool beats a description of it. If you can't bring it, screenshots or an example file work too.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. Often the next step is something your own team can do that week. If it makes sense to talk about more, Rico will say so and you decide.
What if the Monday I want is full?
Pick it anyway and you go on the waitlist. If a seat opens, Rico reaches out. Or pick another Monday.
How do I cancel?
Decline the Google Calendar invite. Your seat goes to the next person on the waitlist.
How big is the group?
A small table, on purpose, so everyone gets a turn.
Food and drink?
On your own; Published has coffee and a full bar.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not what this is about. The goal is to give the people you already have more room to do the work only they can do.
